Thumbnail error on Album creation

Hi,
I'm trying to start a new Gallery in PHP-Nuke. Installed OK, configured OK .
The setup page tells me it can locate all 3 ImageMagick binaries.
When I try to load pictures into a new album I get this error (after turning debug on):

Results:
none

Error messages:

Status: 0 (expected 0)
Error: Unable to make thumbnail (0)!

Two things strike me as odd:

1) Status: 0 (expected 0) Isn't that what it expected?
2) the thumbnails ARE created in the album directory and look fine.

The full size picures are NOT in the album directory after the error.
I get the same result running Gallery admin freestanding or via PHP-Nuke module page

Any one have any ideas?

I'm running
Windows 2K
Gallery 1.3.4-p|1
php-Nuke 6.5
PHP 4.3.2-RC2
ImageMagick 5.5.6
Apache 2.0.45

Give us your Gallery/webserver information to get a faster answer.
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).

Have you tried installing the NetPBM binaries - just to rule out that it's an ImageMagic problem?

try looking there, as this must be a fairly popular issue. this is not just a nuke-related problem, as you experienced. i personally have never had this issue, and i don't run my server on windows, so i have no way of duplicating it. if there are any users out there with solutions, please post them here.

NetPBM just hangs and the FAQ doesn't really address this problem, at least not this particular set of conditions.
