New integration code

I knew Gallery 2.3 was nearing rc stage and phpbb 3.0.2 was already in rc stage, so have been waiting for them to come out before releasing the next integration version.

phpbb 3.0.2 has now been released. Wish gallery 2.3 was moving a little faster...oh well. I guess the only thing that might impact the integration is what, if anything, is added to address the password hashing issue. (I hear there may be a partial fix implemented in 2.3)

Guess I have time to work on the subsilver mods... Rolling Eyes
