Hello!
I have successfully integrated the gallery in phpbb3 + a portal.
I'd like a way to handle attachments and put them inside the user album directly. Like, there's the attachment stuff, instead of going inside phpbb3, i would like it to go inside the user gallery album.

IS that possible ? Anything like it?

That would take custom code. There is no way to do that with the current integration. Also, phpbb3 attachments can be almost any file type.
