I am having problems with gallery2.

I dunno much about phpnuke, so I had my webadmin do it, and he said he thought he got it working correctly, but i keep getting this:

Line: 771
Char: 3
Error: Object required
Code: 0
URL: http://www.clangoat.com/modules.php/name=gallery2

Im new to php, but i think im coming along pretty well. If any of you can help, you can drop by the site and see the exact error. I just wanna make sure its setup right basically.

Thank you all for your time.

did you tell G2 to display the search block in the sidebar? if so, then you must either use the sidebar block in the integration package, or have G2 display the sidebar internally.

actually the install was a bit confusing and i got my webadmin to install it (he kinda didn't really know to much about it either)

So the answer to your question is...im not sure hehe.

How can I find this out, or fix this. I run a clan website, and want to display thumbnails of SS's and other media...is gallery2 what i want?

yeah, g2 is what you want Smile

you need to log into your phpnuke site as the GOD admin, then go to your G2. click the "site admin" link. click "themes", then the "matrix" tab (or whatever theme you're using in G2)...if the "search block" is listed in any of the list boxes, then you ahve to either:
1. use the sidebar block from the integration package
OR
2. go to the integration admin panel and check the "use G2 sidebar" box.
OR
3. remove the search box from the listboxes (click "search block" and click "remove").

Any way to make the menu like at the top of the gallery, or do I have to use the g2 sidebar?

Also looking at the gallery downloads page. Is there a "best" random image block?

you can tell G2 to put the Search Block in the sidebar (through the G2 Site Admin), and then, in the integration settings, uncheck the "use sidebar", then use the sidebar block that came with the integration package.

the blocks on this site (random images and others) are not for G2.
