This thread is for users posting bugs and feature requests about the phpBB2 / Gallery 2 integration package. If you simply need assistance in how to configure the installation package, please do not post in this thread, search the forums [nukedgallery.net], and then start a new thread if you can't find a solution to your issue. If your problem turns out to be a bug, I will copy over to this thread.

I'd like the mod_rewrite module to work with the phpbb integration.

a subsilver theme for gallery2.. Very Happy

Awesome forum man! I ended up posting after I got the integration working. I found that if you have your forum pointing at www.yourdomain.com and gallery at yourdomain.com you get all kinds of crazy errors. I finally figured it out but wow what pain that was. Anyways nice forum etc.. Very Happy

All the work helped alot!! The Integration is very sweet!

i won't be creating custom themes for g2, as maintaining the integration is enough work Smile

What about a way to have the embedded gallery and the standalone use two different themes?

I've made a theme that let's G2 nest into phpbb2's AcidTech theme nicely, but it looks nasty in the standalone... I would want it to default to something else if someone reached the standalone somehow.

It's not a high-priority thing, it's just in case someone accesses gallery from outside the forum.

i don't think that capability exists. if you want to ensure that users don't access it standalone, modify the embedonly variable at the bottom of gallery2/config.php

i dont know if this is a BUG
I made the integration with phpbb

But when trying to upload images, from my Computer with XP
(I Combine before the file install_registry.reg )

The problem is that I can't login with my usernames fromo Phpbb Forum
Only as admin of gallery

So, users from my forum won't be able to use this feature, of uploading photos from their computers

I tried to unsynchronise users and got this error

Unless I screwed up. The integration package is working just fine. EXCEPT the forum home page bug fixed in 2.0.18 appears to have returned.

Feature request:

Would it be possible to register through either gallery2 or phpbb and have the user's name automatically created on each side?

I can see my users getting confused if they have to browse through phpbb to gallery2 initially for their account to work.
