i downloaded the newest version of gallery..
developers-2.4.4
overwrote my old files..existing was gallery 2.1
4 database set-up copied info from nuke config.php to gallery/database set-up/which created my gallery config file.
standalone was great..
used integration pkg _0-63..
re-installed files over existing files in modules/gallery
ie:index.php etc..
went to add new url's in gallery in admin panel..admin.php/galleryicon..
just erased the old url's, left the fields blank and clicked refresh..
everything was gone..
i now had nothing to view on my site but the left-hand blocks and my header..
i was in as administrator and was afriad to log-out to see if my users could see the site or what they were now seeing..
i don't know as of yet..i've written a few of my users to get their input as to what they saw the past 2 days..etc..
4 2 days i searched files..
could not find g2_config.php..
started reading in your forums..
ran my exam diff to compare old sql with new sql..
noticed that new sql now had config written as nuke_g2config.php
deleted that table and everything is back 2 normal..

even though my database tables all start w.nuke..4 some reason when i installed gallery 2.1 abt 2 years ago they were written as g2_whatever and not as nuke_g2whatever
don't know if it is a flaw..don't know if it is a bug..
just from reading others posts, i know that it can be maddening to lose everything all @ once..
just wanted to post my findings in case others are getting the blank admin page..or as i did..a blank everything..all because database structure was not written properly..
hope this helps others as it did myself..
