I loaded up Gallery 2.2.1 and it works fine standalone, but won't show 'integrated' into my website.
http://gronberg.us/modules/gallery2

So I found Nukedgallery.net and downloaded your integration package and installed it into my 'public_html' folder and deleted the two files for the 'older than version 7.'

I configured it on my admin page, but when I click
http://www.gronberg.us/modules.php?name=gallery2

I get HTTP 404 - File not found

I went back in and reloaded the integration package, and deleted the files for 'newer than version 7.5' (cuz I'm not really sure what version of PHPNuke I have.) but that didn't work either. Any ideas?? I have read a bunch of posts on here before posting this, but nothing helps so far.

I did notice in the README file it says "It is highly recommended that you deactivate and uninstall the Gallery 2 rewrite module prior to attempting this integration. " What is the Gallery 2 rewrite module and how do I deactivate and uninstall it???

~~~~~~~
UPDATE: I verified that I am using version 7.9 PHPNuke and have followed your README.html instructions to delete the following files from the integration package:
html/admin/case/case.gallery2.php
html/admin/links/links.gallery2.php
and still not working.... Sad
the rewrite module is accessed via the g2 admin page -> plugins. it is installed by default, so you need to disable and uninstall it.
also, what are your integration settins?
Hello,
I am having a similar problem. I have Gallery2.2.3 installed as a stand alone, working fine. I integrated it using phpnuke 063 integration package. I disabled and uninstalled the url rewrite module. Yet when I use the gallery2 module link I get the 404 screen. It redirects the link to main.php instead of modules.php.
I have tried with various themes all with the same results. I have disabled the module, dropped the nuke_gconfig table and re installed, cleared cache, enabled the module, all with no change. I am sure there must be something simple that I am missing here.
Integration settings are:
http://faydakin.net/modules.php?name=gallery2
http://faydakin.net/modules/gallery2/
0
/
I noticed that I have the Gallery2 icon in both my main administration and my modules administration menues. Is this normal? or a possible clue to the problem?
Thank you all
Larry
I am having the exact same issue. It seems like it's not reading from the module, yet accessing the stand-alone version is no problem.
Please help!
I've noticed that when I go to the URL for the module, as installed on my website
http://therealmsbeyond.com/modules.php?name=gallery2
it seems as though the module begins to load, but then tries to redirect to
http://therealmsbeyond.com/main.php?name=gallery2
Anyone have thoughts as to the cause of this?
