anyone get this to work properly? Every thing seems fine when its activated. The pics don't show up though. I can right click and get the picture address and plug it in the address bar and they come up. They just don't display in side of php nuke with the url rewrite.
All I am really wanting is to use the short urls. any way to make this work?
Thanks all |

| i had it working on this site for a while (the current version in CVS is broken in integrations, but the version in 2.0.2 should work). what you need to do is copy the contents of the .htaccess file that gallery 2 creates into the .htaccess file of your phpnuke site (put it at the top). |

OK I got that .htaccess file changed. But still doesnt work.
Once I active the module then go to the setting tab for the rewrite module. What are the d/ and v/ for, under the rules tab?
Where I active the path (v/) the rewrite send me to the ROOT/v/album
But my albums are located deep in the modules folder. So if I tell it the exact location, then the gallery module doesnt work. All I see is a folder list of all the pics. |

d/ and v/ just indicate "download" and "view" for the photo. you can get rid of them if you want (see www.themolavis.com for an example). like i state in the readme of the integration package, embedded rewrites are not easy to get implemented properly. at one point i had it working here, but no more |

I cant remember which file I am using right now. I know I copied the one you suggested into the one in the root. So they both contain some of the same information. I can look at it if ya need me to.
