Error missing object (need help fixing this please)

Hey, I am having a recurring problem, and nobody has been able to help, which is extremely frustrating to me, because I just want to get this to work, and there should be enough geeks out there to help me.

Here's the deal. I got config to work (I think) and when I click on the export users to Gallery 2, it says "Export Complete" with no error message. So I tried to create a new phpBB user to make sure everything worked, and I get the following error:

I am unable to debug this myself. I am pretty much begging for help. I don't understand why nobody can help me. Please share the holiday cheer and make somebody's day.

so be it. too bad you're too shortsighted to realize it's the holidays and i (remember, it's just me that runs this site) don't have all the time in the world to answer support questions. yours is more than an off the cuff answer, it requires me to research and try to pinpoint the cause of it. i don't have the time to do that right now, but i will in a few days.
