after put the phpbb2 and gallery2 together, many problems occured, the biggest problem is that the existing members of my forum which use chinese big5 name couldn't show right in the gallery.

| i'm no multilingual pro (this might be better asked in the main gallery forums), but make sure that you have the appropriate language installed and enabled in g2. |
