Bullets replaced by "?"

After installing Gallery2 and the Gallery2 module most of bullets in my custom modules and the bullets in the Admin block have changed to "?" (question marks) Has anyone experienced anything like this? Confused

UPDATE: The problem seems to have gone away. I have no idea what was going on. I also cannot prove or disprove it was Gallery2 related so maybe this post should be deleted - I'll leave it up to you dari.

UPDATE: Its that unicode problem, so ill look at relevant posts.

I seem to be getting this error when viewing the gallery module, where the bullets change to ? in the administrator menu. The bullets also change (permanently) when I use the G2 Image-block.

Also, When viewing the members list or forum question marks appear everywhere when the Image block is activated.

As far as I know it's no other solution than to convert those special characters.
Replace the · with

Code: › ·

and the ? is gone.
