Looking for Address book, club member list, or directory mod

I'm looking for a module or add on for creating and maintaining a list of names and addresses and phone numbers of people in our club.

Volunteers who sign people up in our club will be entering the club members names and addesses into the database when the club member pays thier dues. All membership expire on december 31st. It would be good if club members could update thier addresses when they want to. Only a select few people will have access to the database such as the newsletter person who will need to download all the names and addresses every month so they can print mailing labels for the newsletter. And a few board members will have access.

Any Ideas? Thanks for your help, I have spent much time looking for this. The solution does not need to be free.
