Auto Generated Emails

Help... When a new user registeres they are sent an email. I need to modify the hyperlink issued in that email. Where can I do that?

Example.
Register at http://gwpta.org/pta1/
the new member email responds:

To finish the registration process you should visit the following link in the next 24 hours to activate your user account, otherwise the information will be automaticaly deleted by the system and you should apply again:

http://gwpta.org/modules.php?name=Your_ ... 565e850158

I need to add the subdirectory to that emailed hyperlink! (http://www.gwpta.org/pta1/modules.php? -- etc.)

my best and first guess is that in the phpnuke configuration, you didn't specify that full path for the base URL of your website.
