hi,
i have some doubts they are
Arrow is there any module/ addon that can help me get add additional fields in the application form during registration. (The field should be mandatory and should be in profile of the member)
Arrow The second doubt is that i want to know whether there is any module for giving me advanced features for Your account ( i m using phpnuke version 6.8 ) that provide exact control of any member for the admin like what to acess, what not to acess and all.
Arrow Another doubt is that is there any block/module that helps an user to search the members based on their realname/nick name/year of graduation etc..
Arrow is there any module that gives me stream of headlines from many sites(just like RSS feeds) i want to maintain a collection of RSS feed along with update news for my members.
Arrow is there any module that shows up two r three blocks in one shot (dont say news module) i want some thing like that to be displayed on center

Can any please answer my doubts.
regards
nagu

1. perhaps a third party account module, or you'd have to code this on your own.
2. again, perhaps a 3rd party module.
3. i'm not aware of searching based on fields within a profile, but modules may exist.
4. there is a built-in capability in Nuke to retrieve RSS feeds.
5. you can show as many blocks as you want, left, right, top/bottom center.

Hi,
thanx for the immediate reply, i accept that there may be 3rd party things. and also i have no exact knowledge of module and block programming. i Wanted to get suggestions abt the known 3rd party things.

Also about the 2nd point i saw a NSN tweakue i dunno what exactly it does on Your account module. Also i m not sure whether that thing can be used for my version of PHPNUKE.can any one say abt it.
Then abt point 3. can anyone say how to how this can be done. searching for a field in a member list and all. Any idea abt any 3rd party thing
How can i show a number of rss feeds and show it as a module. say i click "headlines" link and i goto a module which does shows me up all my news.
Then how can i generate a RSS feed in muke site (a statcic one, never changing)
regs
