Problem with Norton Security

Admin Edit: Topic moved as it has no relevance at all to anything discussed in these forums.

So I have Norton Internet Security on my Dell with windows XP. Bad news for me though, i am not a administrator and the person that is rarely is even here. I have limited access and cannot change any of the settings. Is there a way to get past the Norton Security and turn off the the firewall when i need too (without the password or obtaining administrator access?)---Thanks.
