phpBB3/Gallery 2 - Plugins Page doesn't work

Hi,

I installed yesterday two times phpBB3 v 3.0.7-PL1 and Gallery 2 and executed Gallery2 Integration.

Both installations has one problem – the ‘Plugins’ page in Gallery 2 administration doesn’t work – there are nothing in ‘Actions’ column - no links neither buttons. So it is not possible to change the theme of the Gallery 2 even after I executed Gallery Theme Mods just because I can not run Themes plugin in Gallery 2 administration. It’s not possible to run any other plugin as well, of course.

Did some one solve similar problem, or I have to use phpBB2 instead?
I found a couple similar themes in this forum, but there are no solution.

use phpbb 3.0.3 , gallery 2.3(.0), nukedgallery 1.2.1

you can use automod to install very quick the nukedgallery in the forum. no more then 10 minutes.

for example on Nucked Gallery: unpack the archive and copy "Gallery2 Integration" directory in forum/store/mods/ , then you install using automod.

first simulate the installation on your computer using Wampserver using a clean database. make your both forum and gallery to work standalone without errors, then try to integrate. don't use the url rewrite rules/modules, they can give some supplementary problems.

if installation give no errors then try it on your webhost.

3.0.7 may have different hooks (instructions), and 2.3.1 may have different security permissions. the 1.2.1 was not made or tested with those new versions.

Thank you very mach for the assistance!
Just in time, by the way – I’ve experimented with SMF&G2 since Sunday, but I prefer phpBB.
I’ll try it and I hope it will fix my problems.
The idea for atomod for phpBB3&G2 is great, as well, I hope it will work and save time.
I’ll report about the results here Smile
