Weird integration problems

I had been running phpBB 3.0RC5 for a long time with the Gallery 2.2 integration. Overall it was working ok. I decided to upgrade phpBB to 3.0.7 along with the latest integration package. It was working ok, but there was a lot of oddness and the more problems I found the more I realized I needed to revert back to the original state. I restored the phpBB directory and database, but there's a problem. It's working ok, but in the middle of all that I upgraded Gallery from 2.2.x to 2.3.1. I think this is the reason I now get errors from Gallery whenever I try and write to anything. Adding pics, saving settings, etc. I get errors like this:

Any ideas one what I can do to fix this? I just need to make it all work so I can relax and figure out a way to update again.

i receive exactly the same error.

i had a gallery 2.2.4 integrated in phpBB 3.0.4
after i upgraded my gallery to version 2.3.1 . Viewing is OK , but when I try upload an image or move an existent one, I receive identical error:

Authentication Failure

Your change cannot be completed due to a loss of session data. Please try again. If it still doesn't work, try logging out and logging back in.

however if I access the gallery directly (standalone) and I login there, I can upload and delete files without problems.

can anybody please help ?

The response I got for my errors at the Gallery forums was:

in gallery2.php just before the call to GalleryEmbed::handleRequest();
add:

$session = &$gallery->getSession();
GalleryUtilities::putRequestVariable('authToken', $session->getAuthToken());

And it worked.

i have also found the problem in an older post

it seems that i have upgraded the gallery but not the integration package . the only integration the work with the 2.3.x gallery seems to be the latest (1.2.1)
read nukedgallery change log:

the solution was to install the 1.2.1 integration package. however this have been a hard job to do having the phpbb files already modified . it was probably need to revers to the original phpbb files (overwrite existing with fresh phpbb 3.0.4 files) and start the integration all over again.

your solution is infinitely more simple , and it seems it's works.

p.s. maybe they shoud make a forum dedicated to phpbb3 integration on the gallery2 forum. it seems this forum is dead.

it's seems that 'view as guest' in my gallery don't work anymore.
