Gallery2 Embed New User not auto update.

I am not sure if this is a problem or not, but I was under the impression that the embed will automatically generate the new users that are created on a website. I am running into this problem.

New user registers with website.
New user completes registration and has access to site.
New user clicks Gallery2 link at top of page.
New user gets white page.

-error assosiated with this white page on server side reads-

"PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in C:\\Website\\mywebsite\\modules\\gallery2\\index.php on line 190, referer: http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php"

New user complains.
Admin login required.
Admin goes to modules Administratration.
Admin clicks on gallery2 in the Modules Administration.
Admin Clicks export Users Button.
New user logs out/refreshes page.
New user is happy to have a working gallery now.
Admin is happy user is happy but admin hates having to export every time new user registers.
Admin would like to know if this is the way it is supposed to be or is it really supposed to autoupdate with each new user registration.

Aditional info.

I am using PHP 4.4.9 - win32 non installer, MySql 4.1.22-win32, apache_2.0.63, Nuke Evolution Exreme 2.0.

I have searched hours on google, and not having any luck, looked around in here and have had no luck so if i have placed in wrong section, or there is already a posting i pologize. Thank you for your anticipated help in this matter i look forward to resolving this without having to install the website again. I have already redone this multiple times, and dropped all users, users have to now reregister, cause admin could not figure out this issue. Thank you.

Well I can see I am going to have to bump this, I think I waited a very reasonable amount of time before posting again. Is there anyone who knows what to do to fix this? Or am i going to have to forever push the export user button?

Another thing to note I am now using a different setup, I decided to try out WAMP Server which seems to be excellent. I am now using PHP 5.2.8 and MySql 5.1.36 CE and Apache 2.2.11 with Nuke Evo Extreme 2.0 with the same results as my first posting.

I would have to assume that no one is keeping track of these forums anymore. Is this site shutting down?
