Uninstallation question re: error

Had to uninstall the phpbb3 / gallery 2 integration and reload phpbb3 from scratch. kept my database, removed the forum folder, and re-uploaded.
everything looks and works okay but when trying to clear the cache (because of some stylesheet changes I made) I get this:

Could not open ./../styles/subsilver2/template/gallery2.html

Where can I fix that so it doesn't reference gallery anymore? I'll be re-installing but I'd rather everything be 100% now before I do so.

Are you using subsilver2 as the style?

Yes, and was using that with the last version of the integration pack that supported it.

It looks like there is an entry in

phpbb_styles_template_data

for both the gallery2.html file and colour_swatch.html that is being called. will look to see if they can be deleted, but any other uninstall info would be greatly appreciated. I already deleted the sql entries from the installation instructions.
