Gallery intergration not working

I have installed gallery 2.2.5 standalone, downloaded the package Gallery2 intergration for phpnuke. I am running phpnuke 8.0 with no patches.. the problem I am having is it won't intergrate with phpnuke.
I goto admin and add all the info needed and I am sure it is correct. then I goto the main menu and try and view my gallery and it say's the module hasn't been configured yet. I have looked in myphpadmin for the nuke_g2config and there is nothing in there either. these are the settings I have put in gallery admin in phpnuke.
stand alone gallery http://localhost/test2/modules/gallery2/main.php
embeded gallery http://localhost/test2/modules.php?name=gallery2
active user Id 0
cookie path /
and I get the same thing everytime, the module isn't configured, I have read every post on this and tried everything, and still nothing... please help!!

if the nuke_g2config table is blank, drop it and re-enter the config info in the integration admin. also, you'll need to export your phpnuke users to g2 before the integration is complete.

thanks man I did this and it worked fine , now I have no pics showing what caused that??

disable the g2 url rewrite module if you've got it enabled.

ok I found it, it is inactive.. but I put the site on a new url.

I have no pics on my phpnuke site , but they are there on my g2 standalone. also is there a file I have to edit to get my right side blocks to show in my phpnuke site?

Hey, i am trying to get the integration going with the same problem, everytime i drop the table and try again, the same error occurs, what could be causing this??

I'm having the same trouble. Same message and when I click on the left link, in my Nuke, I get the message that this module has not been configured. that's better than I was getting, which was nothing at all.

I've reuploaded files for the gallery and the intergration, I don't know how many times, to no avail.

Here's the kicker. I had that problem before and then after reuploading the intergration pack, it finally worked. It was great.

then I decided I wanted an updated forums and installed it. Somehow, while I was doing that (which has nothing to do with gallery), the gallery disappeared again. When I tried reconfiguring, I wound up right back in the same problem.

Since then, I've been fighting with reuploading and trying again...again...again....

I don't get it. Why can't I get it intergrated?

the table is empty every time, i'm guessing? you can manually enter the values in, if needed.

check the nuke_g2config table, make sure the g2configurationdone is set to 1. if it was working before, you're right, updating the forums shouldn't have touched this...

So, I have downloaded the integration package 0.6.3, in following the read me, I have uploaded the files to their required directories. I move to the website, jump online and go to the gallery 2 admin panel. All boxes are blank and I am warned that the newest version is not what I have installed. Am I doing something wrong?

does the newest version in the warning show up as blank? it might be a communication problem w/ sf.net from your site (or your web admin may not allow url_fopen php calls).
