gallery buttons and icons not appearing

Hi everyone,
well as per title the gallery icons and buttons arent appearing in the user profiles, i have checked everything is coded and copied over correctly and they just wont show.
Using a completely fresh unmodded prosilver layout.
any ideas on what is causing this.

Ive also noticed i cant insert pics from the gallery into user sigs.

Any help would be much appreciated as i am really stuck.

Have you enabled the link options in the acp? ACP->Gallery2 Settings->Link Settings

Inserting gallery images into user sigs is not a feature of the integration.

yes the link setteing is enabled.

The gallery images in sigs im not that bothered about, id really like the buttons to appear though to link to the gallery.
Any parts of the coding relating to this that i can check again, it took me a couple of hours to go through it before so and specific files i can focus on but i dont think its a coding error as ive checked it once.

in fact none of the icons that are meant to be there are working, ive really checked everything i can think of, when you go into user profile there is only text, this is fine though not bothered about any button here but when you view a thread there is no icon or text in the side bar profile bit, which is fairly vital to have.

really stuck, any help would be really appreciated.

You made the mods to the prosilver files (mods/prosilver_mods.txt) and copied the button images to the prosilver directories, right?

yeah i did, checked the mods i made just now in dreamweaver to make sure they were all there and in the right places and i checked the images are all copied over.

looking at the sql code there are refs here to all the image files, is it possible something isnt regiserting there? ive for sure run the sql code, but could that have something to do with it and if so any ideas what?

If you refresh images from ACP, they will disappear.
Maybe this is what you are thinking of?

Ok, I had this one happen to me last night while working on the gallery link in private message screens. The icon showed up on one test machine and not the other test machine with the exact same mods. All icons were working except the one in pm's, so I refreshed the imageset and lo and behold - all integration icons disappeared even though all mods were in place, database entries were still there, images were in their directories and the images were still in the acp style edit pages.

Finally was able to get them back by refreshing the theme, refreshing the templates, refreshing the imageset and clearing the browser and phpbb caches...
