Phpbb3 debug message on upload

Hello all, when i upload my images on my album in g2, i get this message in a new page, when file is uploaded:

Code: › [phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /gallery2/modules/core/classes/GalleryPlatform.class on line 116: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Operation not permitted

Well, all works fine, but this message is intimidating... how do i fix this??

Try upload with G2 set to standalone mode, see if similar error message.

This seems filesystem permissions related.
