Clicking "Site Admin" or any other link causes err

I dont know why, but this just isn't workin for me...

anyway, when i click my phpnuke link to gallery2 it works. uses modules.php?name=gallery2

however, when you click on "site admin" or "add items" or anything like that, it tries to take you to main.php?name=gallery2 for some odd reason... is there a way to make it ONLY use modules.php? this causes a 404 error...
