Install prob phpbb 2.0.19 header menu missing

I have phpbb 2.0.19 on freebsd which was operating as an install here http://ooto.com/forum/ I installed gallery2 in a directory outside the phpbb install http://ooto.com/modules/gallery2/main.php I completed the gallery integration files into phpbb, updated my sql with the new table, reloaded the admin panel and previewed the board and there is no longer any css/header only stright old html display. So I attempted to repeat the install and verify settings. All was complete. I attempted to reinstall forum files, still no css or header on the forum pages and gallery2 works fine as did previously? I have updated everyfile I can think of, emptied the cache, reloaded etc...?

The subsilver template .css became corrupted? replacing it and all files resolved the problems. I'll try again now.

it is recommended to install gallery2 inside your phpbb2 directory, ie /forum/gallery2/
