Ok, what am I missing here? How do I get it into Nuke??

Ok so i've downloaded Gallery v1.... and i've uploaded it to a folder on my server called "gallery"

From what I can see in the instructions, the install guide is for stand alone, not PHPNuke integration?? Please help.

install it from www.yoursite.com/modules/gallery/ (ie, from the standalone view), then you will be able to access it via www.yoursite.com/modules.php?name=gallery
