After having installed the gallery (in my PHP-Nuke directory as explained in your howto), I go to my website's admin module. However, the gallery does not show up in the list of modules... Could anyone tell me what I have to do?

I CAN however access the gallery directly by typing the URL (www.mysite.com/modules.php?name=gallery) but then I automatically log in as God - this must be a HUGE security risk???

Best regards,
Bernt

As long as you installed GALLERY in to your /modules/ directory it should appear in the list. Check that yoursite.com/modules/gallery/index.php exists.

That's because your are logged in as ADMIN trough your NUKE site yoursite.com/admin.php - if you loggout, you shouldn't be able to access GOD status.

I believe that's correct. It doesn't do what, for example, phpBB2 does; provide a separate configuration module available in the nuke admin module. However, if you are logged in as admin to your nuke site, then when you access the gallery module (available in the list of installed modules) you will be logged in as super user (God) and can configure gallery.
