Another impossible problem

I get another problem.
At the end of the setup it says "Error: Could not find D:....publicgallery/netpbm/pnmtojpeg." but I've uploaded the entire program netpbm on server and because of this just few lines before it says "$gallery->app->pnmDir = "D:...publicgallery/netpbm";
$gallery->app->pnmtojpeg = "pnmtojpeg";"
So it sees it!!!!!! Evil or Very Mad

but then no more!!!!!
Why!?!?!?!?!?!

make sure you have the full path correctly specified. if you post the path you have in your setup, and the full error message, it'd be more helpful.
