Gallery 6.5 port makes anonymous admin?

Hi,

Gallery 1.3.3, Nuke 6.5

Prior to doing the changes outlined for the 6.5 port, not logged in users (i.e. anonymous) could view but nothing else.

After the port, anonymous users have full admin powers in the gallery. Shocked

I've checked permissions, not logged in & anonymous have absolutely no entries anywhere. Any hints as to what I can change to fix this?

Temporarily I made the gallery members only, but I'd like a better fix than that.

hmm....i'm not having that problem here. i just checked my album as anonymous, and didn't have any add/remove/other admin powers. i'll check w/ the bugs on the gallery site and see if anything comes up and i'll keep you posted here.

edit: I can't find any other problems. you might want to check your gallery permissions and make sure that "everyone" doesn't have read/write access.

I noticed that if you were not logged in, as a normal user, but as an admin this does happen. Try logging out as admin and then login under your normal username.

this is correct. gallery has always, as far as i know, given the nuke admin user admin priviledges under gallery as well. a totally anonymous user under nuke (ie not logged in as admin) will have no priviledges besides viewing the photos.

If you log yourself out as admin and log back in as a regular user, you will have no admin privileges. It took me a while to figure that out too.
