ok, the new download is there, for both the "normal" and horozontal versions of the block. give it a go, and let me know if it works for ya.

Another odd thing I noticed is that when I put the New Album block in the Center Up position, all the Topic Icons for the news stories no longer show up, I just get a red x.

In any other position, the icons show fine.

hmm, well the http://phpnuke.nukedgallery.net is showing it just fine right now in center up, and topic icons are appearing. maybe it was a bug in an earlier version...try the new one out.

Ok, the new file works great. All the right albums are showing up both when logged in and when not. Very slick.

I am still having the problem with my Topic icons disappearing. No clue why this would be happening. I will let you know if I can track down the problem.
