Avatar hack/mod/script

I have been searching almost everywhere for this. I have even offered to pay for this to be done, and I still have nothing. Here is what I am looking for.

I want my users tyo be able to upload *any size* picture for their avatars, then using ImageMagik or GD have the pictures resized down to 120*120. This is so users can upload any picture they have without bothering to resize them first. I also have the profile photo mod installed (from portedmods.com) and would like to do the same thing with that.

I am willing to pay for this, and since there are some experts here regarding images, I figured I might have a shot finding someone who can do this.
