I've followed all the instructions. Setup the permissions ( I copied the netPBM binaries since I don't have root access - only FTP) and can't upload any pictures. I have searched and found many posts that are like this but not exactly.

I turned on debug and got :

unfortunately, if you read the message on our front page [nukedgallery.net], you'll see that we do not support PostNuke at this time. This is an area in which we hope to expand, but given our limited resources, are unable to do without support from the community.
