Can't access gallery 2

Hello

I installed gallery2 in the root directory " www.mysite.com/gallery2 ". Everything go well and i didn't get any error, i installed the Gallery 2 integration for phpBB 3 as well and everything is good. So now i have two folders called gallery2 one in the root " mysite.com " and other in the forum folder " www.mysite.com/forum ".

I can't access now www.mysite.com/gallery2 because it redirect me to www.mysite.com/forum/gallery2 Evil or Very Mad

Address to integrated gallery should be http://www.mysite.com/forum/gallery2.php

You will have to carefully do all the steps in install.xml in the integration package, then you use the link in phpBBs menu (header) to access Gallery2.

Unless you use a module (Gallery2) called "Useralbums", admin will have to set up album for the users and give the user permissions to his/her album. Just like Gallery2 standalone.

I am newbie with galleries, this is my first experience with a gallery and i found it difficult than phpbb. I read this tutorial : http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:User ... ermissions but i didn't understand what should i do exactly ? I tell you my objective :

I want to configure the gallery to give any registered user the ability to add a photo to its gallery. I don't know how to configure groups because i didn't find the way in the howto and i didn't understand it.

I don't know where to start, Sad

I think this question has nothing to do with integration package. It's a Gallery2 question. Maybe try a standalone Gallery2 first to get some experience with it?

As I told you, you can use module User Albums (Gallery2 -> site admin -> plugins), then all users get an album. I use this, and it works just fine! Smile
