Unable to fetch a member in the admin group. Here is the error message from G2:
Error (ERROR_STORAGE_FAILURE)
in modules\core\classes\GalleryStorage.class at line 494 (GalleryCoreApi::error)
in modules\core\classes\Gallery.class at line 202 (GalleryStorage::search)
in modules\core\classes\helpers\GalleryUserGroupHelper_medium.class at line 197 (Gallery::search)
in modules\core\classes\GalleryCoreApi.class at line 1860 (GalleryUserGroupHelper_medium::fetchUsersForGroup)
in admin\export.php at line 158 (GalleryCoreApi::fetchUsersForGroup)
in admin\export.php at line 339
in admin\case.php at line 58
in D:\PHPNUKE8\html\admin.php at line 505
******************************************************
I get the above message when I try to Export Users, Verify Gallery Installation and Update Gallery Intergration settings works fine and also Update main settings (Show Sidebar box unchecked) works as well but as soon as I click on Export Users, I get a pop up, with exporting users and a status bar and then the above message.
I have dropped the nuke_g2 table as mentioned elsewhere in the support for geting "The Module has not yet been configured" message.
At this point I am lost and after spending hours on it (I am probably missing out something very small here but don't we all go through this stage at some point) will leave it here for someone that has his or her thinking cap on and can help me out.
Thanks in advance and by the way, this support Forum is excellent ! |
