I`ve registered two times for your paid support but receive no response. First time it stopped up in the middle and the technician didn`t reply any mails. Later asked twice:
My confirmation codes of last are both: 59b0994d14 and latest 41ce1174c, as off both 17th and 30th of January , please do answer my support request. |

Hi,
I've been having the same problem.
I also registered for the paid support on Feb 12th and today it's the 23rd and I still haven't had any feedback...
My confirmation code is a29635693. Could you assist this matter please?

| sorry, it's been a crazy few months for me. my wife and i had twin girls, and on top of a 3yr old, i have little free time at home right now. i'm hoping to be able to catch up on the backlog next week while in hawaii for work, since i'll have a good portion of the evenings available. |

Hi Dari,
Any news?
My situation is very very urgent!
I have a customer website that uses an older version of gallery that since he changed server it's not working anymore, so the solution would be to upgrade to Gallery 2. And since he has photos to upload regularly, it can't stay like this too long.
Im willing to pay more if needed like an urgency fee or something. I'm getting desperate...
Please address this issue asap. |
