Here are my stats from Sys Info:
Gallery version = 2.1-rc-1a core 1.0.28
PHP version = 5.2.6 cgi-fcgi
Webserver = Apache/2.0.63
Database = mysql 5.0.51a
Toolkits = Gd, Thumbnail
Operating system = FreeBSD business2.whbdns.com 6.2-RELEASE-p12 FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE-p12 #0: Fri Jun 13 08:15:39 EDT 2008 root@business2.whbdns.com:/usr/src/sys/amd64/compile/SMP-BUS amd64
Browser = Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727)

GD 1.0.1 started blowing up and putting blank images in the gallery. I couldn't figure out the binary files for ImageMagick, so I think it's just time to upgrade. (Quick fix for today - just installed GD 1.0.3)

I saw everything is on SourceForge, but I'm still unsure where to start the upgrade. Any direction is appreciated.

Can I just install 2.2.5 on top of the older version?

Yes, but, make sure that the index.php from the integration doesn't get overwritten.

That was smooth. Nice work!

The only thing I'm hung up on is the case.gallery2.php file in /public_html/admin/case dir.

Here is the error when viewing the admin modules within Nuke-Evo:

Code: › Warning: include_once(modules/gallery2/admin/language/lang-english.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/boxerfo/public_html/admin/case/case.gallery2.php on line 40

Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening 'modules/gallery2/admin/language/lang-english.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/boxerfo/public_html/admin/case/case.gallery2.php on line 40

The gallery looks and works fine. When I try to configure the module within Nuke-Evo's admin area this is the error I get:

Code: › Warning: include_once(modules/gallery2/admin/language/lang-english.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/boxerfo/public_html/admin/case/case.gallery2.php on line 40

Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening 'modules/gallery2/admin/language/lang-english.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/boxerfo/public_html/admin/case/case.gallery2.php on line 40

Warning: include_once(modules/gallery2/admin/index.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/boxerfo/public_html/admin/case/case.gallery2.php on line 46

Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening 'modules/gallery2/admin/index.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/boxerfo/public_html/admin/case/case.gallery2.php on line 46

I'm assuming this file is no longer needed. Is that right?

you should still have an admin/ directory inside your gallery2 directory. if not, reupload from the integration.

Do you know if I will ever need to configure gallery inside of Nuke-Evo?

case.gallery2.php and links.gallery2.php (I think, not at my PC now) were the files placed in the admin folder for Evo. These show the gallery2 icon in the Admin menu of Evo.

the only part of the g2 "configuration" that the integration handles is the basic integration and export of the users. once you've done it once, you're good to go. the rest of the g2 configuration (plugins, etc), are all handled directly via g2, and you can access the g2 admin either standalone or embedded.

One more question about binaries. I tried uploading binaries for the Dcraw, NetPBM and ImageMagick plugins, but all failed. I set them to 755 too.

I asked the host about installing them. Here's their response:
You can upload any type of files to your home directory.
Unfortunately we cannot install 3rdparty binary software to shared server.

Do I have any way of using these plugins?
