pics not loading in lightbox in gallery2

i apologize if this has been already answered but, i've searched the whole forum about this and i don't think i've found an answer for this problem that i am having.

first off before i begin, i would like to say good job!!!!!

now onto my problem. i've installed phpbb3 and gallery with no problems. i've followed the integrations instructions to the t and everything seems to work fine (or at least i think so). the lightbox feature works fine when i click on an image that's been posted in a forum post with no problems. but when you click on an image that's in the gallery, the lightbox comes up with the loading icon and that's it. the image doesn't load!

did i do something wrong?? has anyone run into this problem??

I've seen that a lot in development. Usually it means the lightbox js is not finding all of it's components - either the image or one of the js files or the css file or something like that.

Double check the mods in gallery2-lightbox.xml

i've triple checked my code and i'm still experiencing the problem not sure what else to do...

also in the second link that you posted, if i were to follow that tutorial, do i apply that after gallery-lightbox.xml integration?? not sure

I got similar issue for the G2-phpbb2 integration, turns out to be the lightbox js conflicts with other js on some pages.

If you use firefox, you can check up with error console for the js errors for the page.

welp, i've tried it in Firefox and looked at the js errors and found nothing...this blows

i wonder it's because i have portal installed (Portal XL 5.0 Plain) that could be causing the problem...

The gallery-lightbox mods were adapted by Denney from the links above. Unfortunately, my test machine is in a bit of shambles at the moment from working on the next version so I can't help much with troubleshooting. You also try firebug to help with debugging...
