upgrading my phpnuke phpbb forum. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Hi my names Alex Christensen and I probaly just joined not even 5 minuetesd ago. But I was wondering how do i go along upgrading my phpnuke's phpbb forum from phpBB 2.0.17 to 2.0.22.

Also I have another phpBB forum installed for the same site. Is there a way some one could switch the forum thats in phpNuke with the one I already have.

I'm asking if someone will help me with this. I will pay someone to help me upgrade my forum. OR I can advertise them FREE FOR LIFE on all my websites.

Please I'm on a strict budget so if someone can help me do this I may ask them if they'd like to become a partner with me on this website.
