IE Script error when changing album properties ?

Since upgrading from 1.5.1 (i think) to v1.5.5-pl1 i have encountered an issue with trying to change the properties of an album.

My Gallery install is embedded within a phpnuke derivative site.

When i choose the properties option in the Album actions dropdown i get the popup menu appear showing edit_appearance.php but if i click on any of the blue bar options i get an IE Script error of the following:-

Line: 98
Char: 25
Error: Object required.
