Where are integration UNINSTALL instructions?

I looked thru the readme and all other docs (and online) but could not locate instructions on how to uninstall.

I know which files I previously copied over to gallery and forum sub-directories. Should I assume these can be safely deleted, without messing things up?

But what about database changes which occurred during the install. Can they be rolled back? If so how, without messing things up?

simply undo what you've done. if you read the README thoroughly, you would have made a backup of the files/DB before the integration that you can restore from.
