G2 User Creation Problem - IIS

I am running PHPNUke 7.6 Platinum on IIS 5.0.

Everything works fine with nuke and G2, but when I go to export the users, I get the following errors:

it means that there is already a user in the G2 database with the userid of "3".

also, this portion of the integration is extremely incomplete and will, in fact, become obsolete once the integration user framework is completed (it's being developed by a Google/Gallery Summer of Code student). Once that's done, the user export, etc will be much more streamlined.
