Hello, first thx for the great Integration. that´s amazing.
Now my problem.
After installing and load the modules.I sync. the tables.Then I wanted to look on the gallery but it show me just this error.

Was gallery working properly in stand alone mode before the integration?

Try deleting everything in the g2_externalIdMap table and run the sync again.

Ok, I install the board and the gallery new.Both worked great.After the integration, I have still the same problem.I try everything but nothing helps.Maybe someone can take I look on it!?

There are no errors during the sync? I don't see why it wouldn't work if both are installed from scratch. Try creating and logging in as a new user and see if it works.

No errors during the sync, everything was ok.I tryed already a new user but there is the same problem.I have phpbb 304 ! Is that a problem?

I've not tried phpbb304, but it doesn't seem to be the problem. What is in the g2_externalIdMap table after export?

Ok, now I have installed the phpbb 303 but it has still the same problem.I´m pissed off slowly.I´dont know where is the problem and in every other post you can read the same." What is in the externalIdmap" !? Here is only one guy who helps the users but it seems that he is just once in a week here.
I think the only way to get help is donate or buy support!? Right????

I have tried this mod with phpBB 3.0.3 and 3.0.4 many times without problems at all. I use the mod on a live forum (phpBB 3.0.4, Gallery 2.3 ). I really don't know how to help you. Have you tried again with latest phpBB3 and latest G2? Are you sure all edits are done right? Have you done all steps in the mod description?

Jettyrat is doing a great job with this mod, but he has a job and family as well... Wink

I have tried this mod also many times with no results.2 x phpbb 303 and I don´t know how often with 304.I have done exactly all in discription.I don´t wanna blame on jettyrat.I want only that everything works.I trying since march to fix the problem but i cannot find the problem.
Is there no packet that I just have to put on my server and install the mysql datas!?Then I could no that´s something todo with my server!

And you are sure you have cleared cache (DIY Instructions)?

What is the URL to your board?

And what is last export result? (Gallery2 settings in phpBB admin panel)

I will have to look at this in the weekend. I edited your config file in Gallery2 to allow standalone access, but your gallery doesn't work! I guess that is the problem. I have to look at this later today or tomorrow. I think you will have to set up G2 again and make sure it works in standalone mode.

Your gallery2 is not working and will never work as you use wrong database password! Please setup a working (standalone) Gallery 2.3 and a working phpBB 3.0.4 before you start integration.

Both work probably in standalone mode.I only change all regular passwords that you can have access.And I forgot to change in the gallery config the mysql password.No, it works again but it has the same problem.

Well, now it's working. I installed everything again, standalone Gallery and phpBB3, and followed all instructions in install.xml, and I had no problems with the integration.

This is a server with PHP4 is runnung in cgi mode. Only problem I have seen is Gallery avatars, that's not working. The reason is that files are getting wrong permissions (600) when uploaded with PHP cgi. Jettyrat might want to look at that for next release, I think permission has to be changed to 644 by the script after uploading. Ordinary avatar upload works, so it is possible.

But servers runnung php4 cgi? That's not very common I hope? Shocked
