I have the integration complete, all users synchronized, folders, etc etc... DONE

However, it only works perfectly with Mozilla Firefox

When a user with Internet Explorer tries to access the gallery, via the Gallery 2 link through the forum, it will sit and load for 5-6 minutes and then show everything minus style sheets...

BUT, if you notice in the lower left side, the link is trying to point to "http://1/gallery2.php", but its only doing that in INTERNET EXPLORER

in firefox it works fine

here is a link to a screen shot.

I tried searching for the same error or a fix, but again, I'm probably stupidly looking right past it Sad

HELP

Wow! Never seen that one before...

On mine IE is trying to load from http://0.0.0.1/forum/gallery2.php (Almost looks like 127.0.0.1)

Do you have some kind of directory aliasing or domain redirecting going on? Odd that it works fine in firefox.

Direct access to your gallery seems to work fine in IE, it's only embedded mode.

What are your path settings, out of curiosity?

I tried setting my test install to the same classic theme and blue color pack you are using and it works fine for me in both firefox and IE.

Do you still have the url rewrite stuff in a .htaccess file from your previous problem?

yeah it does look like its looking for 127.0.0.1, but there is nothing localhost'd or anything in any of my configs or folders... My host is 1and1, I've never done any different Very Happy

When I removed the url_rewrite Deleted it all from that... (htaccess and all)

HOWEVER you just made a light light up in my mind, I DO have a redirect in an .htaccess to direct users from "http://addictivedesires.com" to "http://www.addictivedesires.com" for easier cookie handling.

I'll remove that and post results in a moment

No difference.

Something I just thought of..... IN order to do the complete user and group import I had to bring my databases down to my laptop, running WAMP, and download my gallery/forum directories and set them up on my "Localhost' server, in order to do the synchronization... It didn't want to operate any other way.

Perhaps, there is some remnants left over, but there shouldnt be, since I had only re-imported the database.... I'll go through it and check though

Not in the database

The only thing under "0.0.1" is a session map value, which seems to be a logged IP address from accessing

AND under a module, version "1.0.0.1"

I checked all the files that came in the package, negative for anything localhost, everthing seems to be entered correctly..

SHOOT.... *bang*

I'll just take everything back tot he way it was and try it allllll over again i suppos with the new package
