Topic Title: set G2 ImageBlock thumb size

How can I set max size for image block thumbnail? Previous version of integration module worked correctly, but now Im getting same size thumbnails in random image block as defined in G2 main install.

i'll ask the devs if they changed anything and make the appropriate fix.
