NukedGallery - Delays in Answering Posts

NukedGallery.net was registered as a domain on 17 June 2003 (search on OpenSRS). On 11 August 2003, another individual registered Nukedgallery.com, an "adult themed" website. When the new proxy was installed at my place of work, due to the mature content of the .com domain, NukedGallery.net got snagged in the net as well. I am working to try to rectify this situation. I currently see two options. The first is to gain ownership of the domain when the registration expires on 11 August 2005. If you'd like to help me with this, please email dari@nukedgallery.net. The second is to pursue possible legal action against the owner of the .com domain on the grounds of dilution of value, etc, that his adult website brings to this community site.
